Gambling contribution

John Arthur Eaves, Dem. candidate for governor, called today from Puerto Rico and claimed that he did not, as the Clarion-Ledger stated this morning, take a contribution from a casino. This is important to him, because he wants to use this as a wedge issue between him and otherwise socially conservative Haley Barbour.
