Not close to being fair.

You are correct. It is not fair, but it is a bit amusing.

Amusing if you find the politics of personal distruction a good thing. I remember seeing a picture of Rumsfield shaking hands with Saddam once.

Right after this shot, she walked out of the room. Actually, stormed out. Without giving this American hero a hearing.

Personal destruction? You tell me.

Well, Matt, she does not agree with his position in Iraq being that he basically represents Bush. You know as well as I do, regardless of what she had done, something would be made of it. If she had met with him, there would have been just as much said about that. This type of thing piggybacks the Rush comments in that from day one, there has been an effort by conservative talkshow host to make people that oppose the war look unpatriot. That is a truth, not an opinion. Your initial assertion is just so skewed that there was no attempt at fairness. If you are saying that Mrs. Clintion knew the contributor was a crook, you might have a point. You are knowing playing on the belief that some conservatives have that liberals are anti-military. Similar to the Rush comments, you have to take the situation and put it into another context to explain it. I am not a Hilliary fan, but I have had way too much of this kind of politics. The purpose of the entire thing was to get people further down the path of thinking that Democrats hate the military, but love the bad guys. Maybe you could build an argument for that case, but you sure can not by a photo.
