When power supercedes justice, that is bad for everyone. The action of the MS Supreme Court just prolongs the agony and opens the door for there to be a bigger explosion/implosion at a later date.
What? A conservatice state Supreme Court isn't tough on crime? Whoa...knock me over with a feather.
